Dear Ms. Schmidt and Mrs. Theis' class,
We are very happy about this surprise! We are also happy that we have a blog together. We are excited that we get to take the doll home! Some of us thought that there was a cat inside because there was a picture of a cat on the box. A lot of people thought it was Tweenie, the dog we sponsored from Thailand at Soi Dog. We talked about the ways we can make Nobody into a Somebody. We can't wait to hear about your experience!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Chocron-Abalos' class
Dear Mrs. Abalos' Class,
ReplyDeleteWe liked how you shared your predictions with us. Here are some of the predictions we had:
J.S.; "I thought it was a cat too because it had a picture of a cat."
E.S.: "I thought it was treasure because it looks like a treasure chest, the box does."
S.R.: "I thought it was golden jewels inside because its colour bin and people like this."
R.V.: "I thought it was a rainbow loom because it had a picture on it."
We don't know how you help a dog that is in Thailand. We are wondering how you help Tweenie?
J.S.: "What does Tweenie look like?"
E.S.: "Does Tweenie have a toy?"
C.S.: "Ms. Abalos, can you take a picture of Tweenie and send it on our blog?"
Ms. Theis: "I wonder if Tweenie has a family where he lives that he lives with?"
Thank you for your letter and we can't wait to learn from you!
From,
Ms. Schmidt and Ms. Theis' Kindergarten Class
